Reserving a Study Room
During Snell Library’s service desk hours, the following types of spaces are available for reservation:

- Group study rooms that can be reserved by all students on the lower level, first, second and fourth floors.
- Individual study rooms on the second and fourth floor that can be reserved by all students.
- Silent individual study rooms on the fourth floor
- Group study rooms on the third floor reserved for graduate and doctoral students.

Room Booking Policies
- Study rooms in Snell Library can be booked up to 1 week in advance.
- Reservations can be made for up to 3 hours at a time and no more than 3 hours a day.
- A student can make no more than 3 room reservations per week.
- Please arrive on time. Reservations are subject to cancellation if your group has not arrived 15 minutes after the start of your reservation.
- If you would like to inquire about an empty study room that indicates it is reserved on the booking page (time blocks in red), please come to the Help & Information Desk on the first floor of Snell Library and a supervisor may assist you with reserving that space.
