Karen Merguerian is Northeastern's communications and music librarian and the Head of the Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities Group in the library's Research and Instruction department. Prior to this, she served as the library's assessment librarian and library web manager. Before working at Northeastern, she was a librarian at Seton Hall University in South Orange, New Jersey. Karen has an Master's in Library and Information Science from the University of Texas at Austin, as well as degrees in history (BA, Wellesley College) and Middle Eastern Studies (MA, Harvard University). Her loves are classical music, reading, and the arts.
