Snell Library provides a number of dedicated study spaces and services for graduate students:

  • Room 421 on Snell Library's fourth floor features seats and tables that can be configured to meet the needs of individuals or groups. While the room is occasionally unavailable for study when it is used for events - with notice posted in advance - room 421 will soon become a space dedicated to graduate student study with card swipe access.
  • Snell Library features 32 individual study rooms available exclusively to graduate students. View more information about these spaces.
  • Graduate students may also reserve CoLab group study rooms, which are equipped with plug-in displays and whiteboards for collaboration. Learn more and make a reservation for your group study through the website.

Additionally, the new Digital Scholarship Commons on Snell Library’s second floor is offering new services in support of teaching and research, including workshops and drop-in consultation on subjects from data mining and GIS to text encoding, and more.
