Please help us to enhance the quality of your students' work by encouraging Research Help drop-in hours. Word of mouth messaging is the best way to promote good research practices, and in this case, a faculty member's reminder is extremely valuable.
Students already know that they can access our subject librarians in a number of ways. When online they can get research assistance via email, a 24/7 chat service, or by accessing our Subject Guides. They can also set up an appointment with a subject librarian, call or text the library for research assistance.
But they don't know that they can also just drop-in.
Research help is right under the nose of every student who walks through the library doors. The Research Help office is to the left of the Help and Information Desk on the first floor of Snell Library.
