Search across more than 800,000 doctoral dissertations and Habilitationsschriften from universities outside of the U.S. and Canada.

A demand purchase program allows Northeastern's library to order foreign dissertations at no charge as part of our CRL membership. Searching is open to all, but ordering dissertations requires current NU faculty, staff, or student status.

Use the thesis request form in ILLiad, our Interlibrary Loan system, to request dissertations from outside the US and Canada. We will take care of the rest.  Please note dissertations ordered from CRL will take longer to provide than other interlibrary materials.
