Rooms and spaces may be reserved through NUSSO, the campus-wide Space Scheduling System.

Group study rooms are available by reservation for the use of groups only.
They may be reserved by undergraduate and graduate students for up to three hours at a time.
A student may have only one reservation at a time and up to two weeks in advance.
Rooms are bookable only during the library’s service hours, and are available as first-come, first-served during overnight study.
Please arrive on time: Reservations may be canceled if your group has not arrived 15 minutes after the start of your reservation.
Adapters to plug in to the monitors are available for checkout at the first floor Help & Information Desk.
Reserve a Digital Media Commons workstation  on Snell's level 2
Digital Media Commons workstations on the second floor of Snell Library are available for digital media creation and project work. See a full list of software  on DMC computers.
- Workstations can be reserved by undergraduate and graduate students for up to 90 minutes.
- A student may have three reservations at a time.
- Reservations may be made up to two weeks in advance.
Digital Media Commons Studios
Located on the 2nd floor of Snell Library, the Digital Media Commons Studios are open to all current Northeastern students, faculty, and staff to create projects, presentations and online instruction. DMC Studios staff collaborate with faculty across the curriculum to help plan and implement media-based assignments and teach skills. During hours of service , DMC Studios and Academic Technology Services  staff assist individuals and groups with scholarly projects on a walk-in and appointment basis.
Studio time may be requested through NUSSO , a staff person will follow up to confirm your reservation and help with set-up or training.
